All pop dispensers have directional of how to load the products in the machine, it works best if you follow the recommendations inside the machine.

All pop must lay flat and usually top of the cans should go to the back of the machine. Bottles usually have the tops pointing to the back of the machine.

If you are experiencing a lot of jambs in the machine you may find that the bottles or cans are slipping down and ending up standing up in the machine causing the dispensing mechanism to jamb and not able to complete the cycle.

Make sure when filling the unit, that the products are all put in properly, 1, 2, 3, or 4 to a layer each and every layer.
