THE HEALTH CONTROL IN ALL MACHINES
THAT DISPENSE PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

The health control is a system designed to keep the customer from being able to purchase products that have gotten to warm, this keeps the customer from buying products that may have been compromised.

If the product gets too warm for too long, it is unsafe to sell. All food machines and some Snack Pop Combos that come with this as an option.

Basically the system works like this.

If the machine looses power, or it gets too warm in the cabinet, it turns off the vending circuit so the customer is safe. You need to reset the health controller each time you fill the machine or it may turn off on you right after you leave the account. Some times the unit is just not working up to efficiency and it freezes up and the air cannot circulate though out the cabinet, there are quite a few reasons why this may happen, this is very important to keep this working in your machines.
